All applications are reviewed as a whole. Approval decisions are based on multiple factors, including income, credit, rental history, and screening results. An individualized assessment may be conducted where required by law.

The application fee is $40.00. We will do both a background and credit check.

Dogs and cats are allowed, but we only take pets on in certain apartments. We have a $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. We have a two pet limit. Pets must be 25 lbs or less, and non-aggressive dogs over 25 lbs may be welcomed for an additional fee. We do not always have pet apartments available, so please call and check for availability.
Yes, if all other criteria listed above is met and if your completed application is approved.
No, you must make 3 times the monthly rent to qualify.
We only offer 1 year leasing terms. We do not offer any short term leasing of any kind.
Residents are responsible all utilities and must establish their own electric service through SWEPCO. Our monthly convenience fee covers your water, sewer, valet trash service, WiFi, and smart locks.
Each apartment comes fully equipped with washers and dryers.
